Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by IFC Integrated Fortress Compliance LLC ("IFC", "we", "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

IFC provides brand monitoring, reputation management, SEO optimization, and executive business support services to qualified business clients.

2. Service Tiers

Service tiers are described on our website and in your service agreement. Executive Tier includes monitoring up to 5 brands/executives, monthly reports, and comprehensive business support. Higher tiers are available upon qualification.

3. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Annual prepayment options may be available with discounted rates.
• All payments are due in USD to IFC LLC accounts.

4. Executive Support Services

Premium clients may receive additional executive business support, including operational infrastructure access and payment facilitation services as part of a comprehensive service package.

5. Confidentiality

All client information and monitoring results are strictly confidential. IFC maintains professional discretion in all business relationships.

6. Service Delivery

Monitoring services operate 24/7 with automated reporting. Custom automation scripts and intelligence reports are delivered as specified in service agreements.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
• Prepaid services will be prorated upon termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

IFC's liability is limited to the monthly service fee paid. Services are provided for business intelligence purposes only.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico and the United States. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
